Field Service Engineer, Robotics

Deploy and ensure the peak performance of our autonomous robotic systems at customer sites across the UK. Serve as the direct link to UK military partners, building trusted relationships and ensuring mission success. Diagnose and solve complex challenges across hardware, software, and communication systems in dynamic environments. Integrate and validate new hardware payloads and sensors, plus advanced communication systems (Tactical Radio, 5G, SatCom). Provide hands-on technical training to empower users and partners. Manage and maintain high-voltage battery systems ensuring safety and operability. Act as the feedback loop to engineering teams in Germany to shape future platforms. Develop and maintain technical documentation and service reports that drive operational excellence. Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations across the UK and occasionally to HQ in Germany.
