Job Summary
Field Service Engineer based in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia, responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing medical instrumentation across Australia and New Zealand. Key duties include installing, repairing, diagnosing, and upgrading equipment; documenting service activities and reporting to Technical Teams; handling customer inquiries with high service standards; collaborating with local and remote teams to resolve complex issues; managing spare parts inventory and company assets; willingness to perform on-call duties and travel to metropolitan, regional, inter-state, and occasional overseas locations. Requires strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and advanced electronics/mechatronics or computer systems engineering education; travel nationally and internationally as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma or Degree qualifications in Electronics, Robotics and Mechatronics, Computer Systems Engineering or similar discipline.
