Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve faults on multifunction printers, perform preventative maintenance, and install new devices across the Sheffield area. Train customers on device usage, manage van stock, and maintain accurate service records while working closely with the call centre to meet service level agreements. Escalate complex issues as needed and deliver a professional, customer-focused service. This role requires proven electromechanical skills, a full UK driving licence, and strong communication abilities.
