Job Summary
Field Service Engineer responsible for on-site troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, repair of industrial automation equipment in metals-processing environments; perform preventative maintenance, on-call responses, and field system modifications; maintain service documentation and client communication; support small engineering projects; identify sales opportunities for service contracts and system upgrades; travel 50-70% domestically; requires engineering degree and strong PLC/HMI/VFD experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, GE) and proficiency with MS Office; prior field service experience and leadership/coordination experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
