Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, upgrades, repairs, and installations on Philips equipment while troubleshooting technical issues using established diagnostic tools. Respond to customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of concerns, maintaining accurate service documentation through ServiceMax and other Philips systems. Submit service reports, worksheets, expense reports, and administrative documentation accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with Philips quality processes, safety standards, and training requirements. Available for afternoon shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and travel within Argentina.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Medical Sciences, or a related technical field
- minimum 4 years experience with an equivalent technical/vocational qualification
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- ability to effectively support customers in high-pressure situations
- intermediate English skills, including the ability to read and understand technical manuals and service documentation
- available to travel within Argentina
- available to work an afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
