Job Summary
Install, commission, and service CDI laser engraving and XPS UV exposure systems at customer sites within the Philadelphia region; deliver hands-on customer training on system operation and maintenance; perform electrical, mechanical, and optical troubleshooting to resolve complex issues; execute preventative maintenance and system upgrades to maximize uptime; serve as the primary technical point of contact and build strong customer relationships; travel extensively within the region and across the U.S. (approximately 60% regional travel, 40% domestic travel, with ~65% overnight travel) to support customer sites.
Required Qualifications
- Technical training or equivalent hands-on experience with industrial equipment
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (AC/DC, relays, motors, signal flow)
- Solid mechanical aptitude, including precision adjustments and assembly
- Experience working with PC hardware and Windows-based systems
- Ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service
