Job Summary
Field Service Engineer responsible for installations, maintenance, and servicing of CNC equipment across North America with a focus on strong customer service and technical support. 3+ years of experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in comparable machine installation and repair preferred
- Associate’s Degree in Electronics, Robotics or Automation technologies preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Plasma, Laser, and Oxyfuel cutting process
- Experience with multi-axis CNC machines
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Familiar with the use of power and construction tools, such as: hammer drills, impact guns, and cordless drills
- Strong oral communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, with a 'customer first' mindset
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently

- Position requires 95-100% travel, frequently on short notice.
