Job Summary
Manage the repair, calibration, and maintenance of FMC equipment and support systems used in dialysis therapy delivery. Inspect, install, perform inventory assessments, and conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with customer contracts and training manuals. Carry out fault finding, replace equipment as required, and resolve unexpected technical difficulties while maintaining optimal performance conditions. Provide expert technical knowledge and instruction to personnel regarding equipment operation, offering direct support to patients and assisting in-house biomedical technicians. Identify customer resource needs and liaise with technical, sales, and marketing teams to support business growth and patient numbers. Complete necessary paperwork for work completion, receive customer sign-off, and promptly report accidents or unsafe working conditions.
