Job Summary
Lead support for customers and field teams by installing, maintaining, repairing, and commissioning power delivery, control systems, and related equipment. Execute planned and unplanned outage responses while strictly adhering to safety policies at internal and customer sites. Collaborate with engineers and leadership to drive project efficiency and build relationships that foster repeat business. Requires 9+ years of hands-on experience in power systems, commissioning, and testing, with willingness to travel up to 60%. Role involves remote work with on-site deployment across North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in power systems, commissioning, testing, or maintenance
- Experience working with electrical systems such as: Medium- and low-voltage switchgear
- Experience working with electrical systems such as: Power panels and motor control centers (MCCs)
- Experience working with electrical systems such as: Generators and transformers
- Experience working with electrical systems such as: Electromechanical equipment
- Experience working with electrical systems such as: Protective relays (testing and installation)
- Experience working with electrical systems such as: PLCs and DCS systems
- Experience working with electrical systems such as: Electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Experience working with electrical systems such as: Testing equipment and instrumentation
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%
