Job Summary
Field Service Engineer to service Bioprocess equipment in the New England/Northeast region from a Home Office in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include installations, start-up, repairs, calibrations, operator training, and maintenance; coordinating with customers and internal teams; maintaining thorough service documentation; and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Requires 3+ years field service experience, electrical/electronic background, travel up to 70%, and the ability to work within commuting distance to Greater Boston. Travel may include Canadian provinces. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Base salary is $90k–$100k plus bonus and car allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic discipline (preferred) OR associate’s degree or equivalent combination of industry experience and technical/military training
- 3+ years Field Service experience (preferably in the Biopharmaceutical industry)
- Valid Driver's License and Passport
- Ability to travel up to 70%
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, GMP/GDP
