Conduct on-site installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance for advanced electro-mechanical and electronic wafer fabrication equipment across technologies like Chemical Vapor Deposition and Plasma Reactive Ion Etch. Perform systematic troubleshooting and fault elimination using plant documentation, schematics, and hardware data to restore machine operation. Deliver customer support by explaining sensitive information and building consensus while working as part of a team with local buddy guidance. This 6-month Fast-Track Graduate Program begins October 2026, featuring international placements and long-term development opportunities at European sites in Agrate Brianza or Catania.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, information systems or related field
- You have graduated recently
- Advanced level of English
- Proficient level of either French
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Building trust nature
- Exercise judgement based on data analysis of multiple sources of information like plant documentations, schematics, and hardware data
- Find solutions with different tools to get the machine running again
- Explain difficult or sensitive information and works to build consensus
- Travel: Yes, 50% of the Time
