Job Summary
Deliver installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair services for laboratory balances and moisture analyzers across Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. Diagnose equipment issues, perform troubleshooting, and maintain accurate service documentation while managing workload to ensure on-time support. Utilize field service automation tools and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and share best practices. Build lasting customer relationships through technical guidance and service insights. Ideal candidate resides in Kansas City with extensive field experience and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field, or High School Diploma/GED with relevant technical certification
- Minimum 2 years of field service, maintenance, instrumentation, or related technical experience
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
- Reside in Kansas City
