Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites while managing customer relationships and resolving issues efficiently. Diagnose electronic, mechanical, and network-related system issues using established tools, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct installations within required timeframes. Complete all administrative and compliance tasks, including accurate documentation for timesheets, service work orders, and expense reports. Travel extensively, approximately 90% of the time, with overnight stays and air travel nationwide to support the field.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of diagnostic imaging service experience (field or hospital-based) or 3+ years in an electromechanical service environment
- strong technical aptitude with the ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking principles to install, troubleshoot, and repair complex systems
- ability to be comfortable using a wide range of diagnostic tools and test equipment
- associate degree in electronics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
- practical problem-solving skills in regulated service environments
- ability to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements of a field service role, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Expected travel is 90%
- Candidates must reside in a city within their territory (Metro NYC / Tri-State Area) that holds the majority of the customer base and be located near (within 1 hour drive) a major (non-regional) airport
- US work authorization

Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment is preferred
