Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment at customer sites while managing customer relationships and adhering to service entitlements. Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems by completing preventative maintenance, field change orders, and installation documentation within regulatory timeframes. Generate service revenue, improve team processes, and identify training gaps while actively participating in the regional work team. Travel across the St. Louis geography with an average of 1-4 hours daily driving, including occasional overnight stays and air or train travel.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment
- 3+ years' in electromechanical industries
- Associate Degree in electronics
- Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment
- Knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment
- Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment
- Work flexible hours (based on business needs to include overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations)
- Safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials
- Wear all required personal protective equipment
- US work authorization
- Reside in or within commuting distance to St. Louis, MO
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in Ultrasound
- BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET
