Job Summary
Service medical imaging equipment for parts and service accounts, evaluating systems to independently diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network problems. Calibrate and troubleshoot computer systems according to OEM specifications, complete PMs, installations, and related tasks to assure systems are fully calibrated and functioning. Provide advanced-level diagnosis and repair of imaging systems while representing the company with confidence, knowledge, and courtesy to users. Document processes, educate end users, and support management through project feedback and communication of issues. This role involves up to 75 percent travel; flexibility to travel when needed is required.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen / Green Card holder
- CUSTOMER SERVICE
Desired Qualifications
- A.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Military experience in Biomedical engineering (BMET) considered
- 2-5 years experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent preferred
- Hologic/OEC experience preferred
- 1+ years x-ray experience preferred
