Job Summary
Install and service Hologic products including mammography, bone densitometry, and mini c-arms across customer sites, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and software upgrades to minimize downtime. Complete standard system checks, hardware upgrades, and customer training while managing inventory and returning failed parts promptly. Build relationships with customers to resolve technical issues, respond to inquiries, and provide feedback on product performance anomalies to the District Manager. Support sales efforts by promoting service contracts and assist at conventions and customer trials. Maintain accurate records, comply with regulatory requirements, and escalate unresolved problems to service management. Work flexible hours with on-call availability and frequent overnight travel as needed.

- Must have experience maintaining computer networks
- Must have strong computer literacy
- Must be proficient with DOS
- Must be proficient with Windows
- Must have certified training in UNIX /NT/Solaris or other software operating systems
- Must have working knowledge of UNIX /NT/Solaris or other software operating systems
