Job Summary
Conduct daily service, repair, and installation of customer equipment across Southern California, Utah, and Colorado, including electrical and mechanical testing and preventive maintenance. Maintain spare parts inventory and respond to customer support calls to resolve issues using root cause analysis. Drive service business growth by generating leads, quoting service agreements, and selling parts, upgrades, and consumables. Travel 35% of the time for overnight assignments to support these activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, OR relevant degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other STEM field
- Equivalent military training OR Associate's degree with 2+ years work experience
- 35% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb

- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
