Job Summary
Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair coffee equipment across customer accounts in the Leeds/York area. After initial training, work with a technical team to schedule autonomous daily jobs, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring part usage and stocking spares via a buy box system, attending calls independently with team support, and ongoing training. Must have at least one year of relevant field service experience, City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical, a full driving license, and strong customer-facing skills. Knowledge of reading technical diagrams/manuals and ability to achieve KPIs is required. Location-based role in York/Leeds, UK with full-time hours and weekend rota on a 1-in-4 basis.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a similar Field Service role
- City & Guilds or equivalent certificate in Electrical/Mechanical (or equivalent workplace experience)
- Full driving license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to understand technical diagrams and manuals
- Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
