Job Summary
Install, service, and maintain laundry dosing and pump systems across care home sites in the Surrey region, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults while carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive support. Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards, maintain accurate service records, and provide excellent customer service to minimize disruption in care environments. Travel across the region with occasional overnight stays required, responding to emergency repairs outside standard hours. Full product training, a company van, and tools are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Electrically competent (basic knowledge of circuits, fault-finding, and safety)
- Able to travel across the Surrey region, with occasional overnight stays if required
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- A strong communicator with good customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Full product training will be provided
- Full product training and support will be provided
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with pumps, dosing systems, or mechanical equipment (desirable but not essential)
- Electrical/electromechanical background or qualification (preferred)
- Previous experience in a service/field engineer role (desirable but not essential)
