Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of medical imaging products including mammography, bone densitometry, and mini c-arms at customer sites. Calibrate and optimize equipment while training customers on basic operations and resolving technical issues. Manage the assigned territory by performing time-sensitive PMs, maintaining inventory records, and promoting service contracts. Provide pre- and post-sales support, respond to inquiries, and escalate unresolved product problems to service management. Submit required paperwork accurately and offer feedback on product performance anomalies. Work flexible hours with on-call availability after normal working hours, including potential overnight travel, while ensuring equipment installations are handled as planned.

Desired Qualifications
- 0-2 years experience in a field service position working with customers to resolve problems related to x-ray, digital imaging or related medical equipment
- Experience designing, installing, or maintaining computer networks
- Strong computer literacy
- Certified training and/or working knowledge of UNIX /NT/Solaris or other software operating systems
