Job Summary
Conduct daily service and repair work for Trace and X-ray equipment at customer sites, including installing, servicing, and troubleshooting issues while following complex schematics. Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair activities, then review logs for open issues to prepare formal customer reports. Assess product performance and recommend modifications or improvements, providing necessary customer training as required. This role involves resolving technical challenges in the field, managing special high-visibility projects, and collaborating with Technical Support staff. Some travel and work outside normal business hours may be necessary. Based in Alexandria, Egypt.
