Field Service Engineer

Conduct service and repairs on customer forklifts and warehouse equipment, diagnosing faults, ordering spare parts, and providing maintenance consultation. Adhere to Health and Safety, Environmental, and site policies while maintaining accurate documentation of job sheets, timesheets, and purchase requisitions. Liaise with management, customers, and the Service Controller to track equipment status, repair progress, and stock levels. Propose improvements to work activities and conditions, ensure allocated work is completed, and participate in training and meetings. Maintain company equipment and tooling in safe condition, work to strict schedules and KPIs, and take on additional duties as required by the Manager.
