Job Summary
Prepare and execute service projects for Secondary Fresh equipment at customer sites across North Europe, conducting maintenance visits to ensure uptime and reliability. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues on-site while leading local employees on installation projects. Train operators and maintenance staff, report progress to customers, and provide structured feedback to R&D. Schedule time for project preparation, technical training, and team alignment. Travel approximately 50–60% of your time, with careful planning to accommodate holidays and personal plans.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of mechanics
- Strong affinity for electrical systems
- Strong affinity for pneumatics
- Strong affinity for hydraulics
- Strong affinity for controls
- Good command of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Relevant EU travel and work documents
- Willingness to travel internationally (~50–60%)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in service/maintenance of complex machinery
- Strong interest in process engineering and/or food production
- German language skills
