Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair coffee equipment across customer accounts by handling planned maintenance and reactive calls for machine malfunctions. Monitor part usage to ensure spares meet company policy levels and attend fault calls promptly using a methodical fault-finding approach. Work independently with support available from the Technical Team, ensuring all safety regulations and customer requirements are met while meeting KPIs. Based in the Midlands near Athlone or Roscommon, this role includes daytime hours Monday to Friday with weekend cover on a 1-in-4 rota. Full driving license and Right to Work in Ireland required.
Required Qualifications
- thorough working knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
- proven track record within a customer-facing service environment
- Right to Work in Ireland

- Field Service experience
- City & Guilds or equivalent certificate in Electrical/Mechanical
- equivalent workplace experience
- Excellent customer communication and customer service skills
- Ability to understand technical diagrams and manuals
- Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Full driving license
