Field Service Engineer

Conduct maintenance, repair, and technical support for Intuitive's robotic-assisted surgery systems to ensure patient safety and operational efficiency. Provide system training and troubleshooting for surgeons and hospital staff, managing service calls including installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and infection control reviews. Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to resolve complex instrument issues, handle adverse event reporting, and optimize service priorities based on customer impact. Manage spare parts inventory, travel expenses, and service order documentation while supporting team members with coverage during high-volume periods.
