Field Service Engineer to deploy, configure, commission, troubleshoot and support broadcast IP networks; provide remote and onsite technical support to customers worldwide; document technical procedures and customer communications; participate in installation and commissioning at customer sites; collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Service to resolve issues and improve product integration; travel as required and operate in a hybrid/remote model at customer facilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Field Service Engineering, Technical Support, Network Support, Broadcast Systems, or related technical field
- Education in Computer Networking, Electrical, Electronic, or engineering education with related recent practical experience
