Job Summary
Plan and coordinate assignments for installation, upgrading, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance of heat treatment equipment at customer sites in Illinois and Wisconsin. Execute technical repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and calibrate systems while documenting job assignments and warranty claims. Serve as the first point of contact for service contracts, analyze equipment reports to recommend corrective actions, and conduct customer training on equipment operation. Identify up-selling opportunities and schedule courtesy visits during slow periods to assess potential service needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a home base within Illinois or Wisconsin area
- Travel up to 90% of the time is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
