Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer III is responsible for maintaining high-quality medical imaging equipment, including troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and technical support. This role requires interaction with customers, performing service calibrations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates must have 12 years of experience in medical imaging equipment maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. The position involves flexible hours and from time to time requires travel to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of high‐end medical imaging equipment maintenance and repair experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interaction
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs
- Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 75 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand and walk for extended periods
