Job Summary
Field Service Engineers will perform preventative and unscheduled maintenance of Hitachi’s E.C.R. Etching Systems at customer facilities throughout the United States and international; responsibilities include system installation, customer and junior engineer training, and providing technical guidance across multiple subsystems (electronic, electrical, EM, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, microwave, RF, gas delivery, wafer transfer). The role requires interfacing with customer sites, documenting field service activities, and supporting overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in related field preferred or Equivalent combination of education and work experience
