Job Summary
Install, qualify (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain, and repair Repligen products across Upstream PAT and filtration systems; perform FAT/SAT and provide operator training; deliver remote and on-site technical support; document service activities in CRM; collaborate with global FSE teams while ensuring GMP/regulatory compliance; assist with demo/loaner programs and logistics; requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years' field service experience, with English and French proficiency and a willingness to travel across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, Laboratory Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment
- Willingness to travel across Europe
