Job Summary
Install and maintain diagnostic systems by completing installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on assigned instruments to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across complex laboratory equipment, document resolutions accurately, and close service calls within defined timelines. Manage your territory by planning service visits, maintaining inventory, and supporting on-call rotation, after-hour coverage, and up to 75% travel for training or critical account support. Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service, meet business metrics for service sales and cost, and provide guidance to other Field Service Representatives. Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory, quality system, and laboratory safety guidelines while maintaining accurate documentation for audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology
- Ability to travel 75% within the assigned territory
- Valid Driver's License
