Job Summary
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic instruments across the Phoenix territory, ensuring optimal performance and regulatory compliance. Diagnose technical problems on complex lab equipment, document resolutions, and close service calls within defined timelines while managing customer issues from start to resolution. Plan and prioritize service visits, maintain accurate inventory, and support on-call rotation and after-hour coverage for critical account support. Travel up to 75% of the time to deliver superior service and build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams. Meet targets for service sales, cost of service, and key performance indicators for assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology
- Ability to travel 75% within the assigned territory
- Valid Driver's License
