Job Summary
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic instruments for customers in the Oahu, Hawaii territory while ensuring compliance and resolving complex technical issues. Manage service visits, prioritize inventory, and support on-call rotation and after-hour coverage to maintain instrument uptime. Document resolutions accurately, partner cross-functionally to deliver service, and meet targets for service sales and key performance indicators. Travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned area, requiring a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology
- Ability to travel 50% within the assigned territory
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
