Job Summary
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic instruments across your Madison, WI territory while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Diagnose technical problems on complex instruments, document resolutions, and close service calls within defined timelines. Manage customer issues from start to resolution, plan service visits, maintain inventory, and support on-call rotation and after-hour coverage. Travel up to 25% for training or critical account support. Meet targets for service sales, cost of service, and key performance indicators for assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology
- Ability to travel 25% within the assigned territory
- Valid Driver's License
