Install and maintain diagnostic instruments, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Manage your territory by planning service visits, maintaining inventory, and supporting on-call rotation and after-hour coverage. Diagnose problems across multiple instruments, document resolutions accurately, and close service calls within defined timelines while building strong customer relationships. Travel up to 50% within the Honolulu, Hawaii territory to deliver exceptional service and achieve business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology
- Ability to travel 50% within the assigned territory
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
