Job Summary
Provide on-site technical support, installation, and preventive maintenance for Abbott diagnostic instruments across the Greater Detroit territory. Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer complaints while documenting resolution within the Quality System and adhering to regulatory compliance. Manage routine service updates, inventory, and time allocation, and mentor other field service representatives. Maintain a safe work environment and respond to after-hours calls as part of the on-call rotation. Travel up to 75% of the time to support assigned accounts and other territories.
