Field Service Engineer - HPLC/GC

Job Summary
Support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of HPLC/GC systems, hardware, software, and networking products. Diagnose and resolve performance problems while performing preventive maintenance and advising clients on configurations to ensure business continuity. Deliver fully integrated solutions including peripherals and operating systems, then train other engineers and customers on these tools. Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruptions. This role requires 50% travel and a full-time schedule, with remote work options available. Candidates with HPLC/GC experience are ideal.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or master's degree within the science field
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
- Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely
- You enjoy traveling (50%) and visiting customers
- This job has a full time weekly schedule
- It includes the option to work remotely
Desired Qualifications
- Candidate with HPLC and GC experience would be ideal
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
- Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essential
