Job Summary

Conduct installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced medical imaging systems, specifically GE MRI and CT equipment. Perform scheduled maintenance including calibrations and verifications of system specifications while accurately documenting all service activities per company quality standards. Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment, then submit field service reports timely and according to functional standards. Communicate with account managers regarding services provided and manage company assets required for job functions. Work independently in the field across multiple sites within a 4-hour radius, with some assignments requiring flying and overnight stays.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in medical imaging device service and repair
  • Hands-on experience servicing GE MRI and CT equipment
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in clinical environments
  • Strong technical background

  • Ability to support healthcare providers by ensuring critical imaging equipment remains operational and reliable
