Job Summary
Field Service Engineer responsible for new installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, fault repair, and related billing activities for hospital medical equipment (e.g., imaging devices, ultrasound, anesthesia) and for maintaining/improving customer satisfaction. Collaborates with sales engineers to contribute to regional service growth, builds strong relationships with partner facilities, and supports health-care service operations in clinical environments. Requires 1-2 years of electrical/mechanical field service experience (or foundational knowledge in electricity/computers/networks for inexperienced candidates), strong communication to explain issues logically to customers, proactive problem solving and operational improvement, ability to read manuals and accurately perform inspections and repairs, and capability to escalate issues appropriately; a standard driving license is required. English language ability is a plus.
