Field Service Engineer

Job Summary
Install, commission, service, and repair automated milking system equipment; provide technical support and training to dealers and customers (including remote support); conduct training for dealer technical specialists; create and maintain project documentation; report on tasks and support other engineering projects. Requires higher technical education and 3+ years of relevant service/engineering experience; strong knowledge of electronics basics, pneumatics, process automation, electrical systems, and ability to work with equipment up to 1000 V. Proactive, communicative, detail-oriented team player with safety awareness and a valid driver's license; English proficiency (B1–B2) and PC skills (MS Office, AutoCAD); willing to learn and train others.
Required Qualifications
- Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineer, Power Engineer, Automation Engineer, Electrical Engineer, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience as a service engineer, repair engineer, or operations engineer
- Electronics basics
- Reading electrical schematics & technical documentation
- Knowledge of pneumatics & process automation
- Experience with equipment installation, troubleshooting, repair & maintenance
- Ability to work with electrical equipment up to 1000 V and air compressors
- Safety & occupational health knowledge
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail & teamwork skills
- Strong communication with clients & colleagues
- Goal- and results-oriented, motivated to learn & teach
- Ability to perform under pressure, multitask, and take responsibility
- Punctuality, honesty, and professionalism
- Driver’s license (cat. B), safe driving record
- English (B1–B2): confident in speaking, writing, and technical vocabulary
- PC proficiency: MS Office, AutoCAD; programming knowledge is a plus
