Field Service Engineer

Conduct technical work on refrigeration installations at customer sites, adhering to strict work instructions and safety protocols. Perform independent inspections, gather client data and resource planner information to diagnose faults, and execute repairs using available schematics. Document work reports, hours, material usage, and logs while advising on expansions, preventive measures, and service project progress. Coordinate with colleagues on safety procedures and personal protective equipment application. Travel regionally as a mobile role with flexible, irregular hours aligned to client needs. Requires MBO-3 education, VCA Basic, and knowledge of STEK/F-gases.
