Job Summary
Field Service Engineer providing on-site installations and deployments at customer sites, delivering product training, and offering technical direction to resolve operational issues. Travel within the US (and occasional travel to Canada) with a home/off-site option when not on field assignments; responsibilities include installation, firmware upgrades, troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, data collection, and maintaining communication between customers and internal teams; strong IP networking, server hardware, and Linux skills plus customer-focused service delivery are required.
Required Qualifications
- College or University education in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer disciplines
