Job Summary
Field Service Engineer II with independent, advanced installation, diagnostics, training, and problem resolution for complex electromechanical systems. Responsibilities include planning and executing equipment installations and preventive maintenance, applying diagnostics for electromechanical, electronic, and software-related issues ( onsite and remotely ), serving as technical authority during customer engagements, designing validation methodologies, interpreting measurement systems, delivering customer training, developing technical documentation and service instructions, cross-functional collaboration to resolve manufacturing challenges, providing detailed service reports, supporting quotation development, mentoring other engineers, and traveling extensively to customer locations with adaptable schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant field service, advanced technical support, or machinery service experience
- Valid Driver’s License and Passport required
