Job Summary

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on Epiroc equipment while servicing, maintaining, and repairing machines at customer sites. Support equipment commissioning, handovers, and preventative maintenance programmes, delivering training to clients and completing service reports and technical documentation. Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across quarries, mines, and wind farm construction projects. This field-based role covers Southwest England and South Wales with occasional overnight travel, requiring a valid driving licence and strong problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications

  • experience working with heavy equipment, industrial machinery, commercial vehicles or similar mechanical systems
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills
  • Good diagnostic and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A valid driving licence
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

  • working independently
  • supporting operations across the UK and Ireland as required
  • spend the majority of your time at customer sites and Epiroc workshops
  • Occasional overnight travel

Desired Qualifications

  • While experience in mining, quarrying or drilling equipment would be beneficial
