Job Summary
Provide on-site support for FOUP, FOSB, and reticle pod systems within customer fabs, including completing incoming inspections of reticle carriers. Respond to quality alerts, field issues, and rework activities with urgency by inspecting, diagnosing, and replacing components to maintain product performance. Generate detailed service reports, communicate findings with customer engineering teams, and assist in coordinating returns for rework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to investigate issues and support root cause analysis while adhering to strict cleanroom protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Troubleshooting ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to identify defects
- Strong communication skills with customer-facing capability
- Ability to interpret technical data
- Ability to make quality decisions
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% domestically
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Cleanroom experience
