Field Service Engineer - Datacenter Solutions

Job Summary
Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Delta UPS and data-center power products. Lead complex service activities including Level 2–Level 5 commissioning, system start-ups, performance testing, and verification of correct installations. Provide escalated technical support for critical customer incidents and conduct root-cause analysis to feed insights back to engineering teams. Deliver technical training programs to field engineers, partners, and customers while developing troubleshooting guides and best-practice procedures. Define scope of work for installation and maintenance, manage partner onboarding, and collaborate with sales to identify service opportunities and product upgrades. Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of UPS experience, fluency in French and English, and willingness to travel across EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years' experience with UPS or power-electronics systems
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and power infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting high-power systems
- Willingness to travel across France and EMEA on request
- Fluent in French and English
Desired Qualifications
- Data-center or mission-critical UPS experience
- Experience with Cooling solutions a plus
- Knowledge of battery technologies
- Familiarity with SCADA/BMS systems
- Relevant electrical safety or vendor certifications
