Job Summary
Provide technical service and support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics instruments across pathology laboratory customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing complex instrumentation, performing preventative maintenance to improve instrument reliability, and coordinating with Regional Service Managers to achieve high first-time fix rates. Requires 3 years of industry experience, tertiary engineering qualifications, ability to travel up to 30% (overnight), and a valid driver’s license; electrical or restricted licenses are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent of 3 years in industry experience in service, technical support or plant maintenance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
