Job Summary
Field Service Engineer (EU Central) based in the Netherlands with remote work option and substantial travel to support Molecular Devices products across the central region. Responsibilities include installations, service repair, preventative maintenance, OQ schedules, and on-site troubleshooting for high-performance bio-analytical instruments. Requires independent ownership of customer inquiries from start to finish and strong communication. Travel up to ~80% with overnight travel; must have a valid driver’s license. Preferred experience in IT/network management, cellular imaging diagnostics, and lab environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Industry relevant work experience in a similar role
- Good mechanical, electronics, and electrical experience and knowledge of assembly level fault detection and testing
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel – Minimum of 80% utilization; Regular overnight travel required within primarily the France Region; IT, computer and network management experience is a plus
