Field Service Engineer - Colorado, Wyoming and Utah

Job Summary
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches across Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah, managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnose errors, determine solutions, and produce detailed service reports while operating vehicles safely and using field automation systems. Tie workflow to schedule and follow all company procedures and protocols. Cooperate with the technical team to share information and build positive relationships with customers by comprehending their requirements and making appropriate recommendations. Associate's degree or High School Degree/GED with Technical certification and 2+ years of proven field service experience, including calibration of balances and moisture analyzers, are required. Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules is essential.

- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
