Job Summary
Field Service Engineer in Cleveland, OH responsible for repair, ScanCare preventative maintenance, user training for scanners, and installation of drivers and software while meeting SLA requirements. Travel constantly to assigned client sites within the primary territory and occasionally to other territories. Fully trained on repair and service of all Ricoh products with on-site service. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, crawling, squatting, and ongoing movement. Maintain 100% utilization of weekly service work, manage parts and inventory, document service calls in ServiceNow, provide closing notes and debriefs, and ensure proper asset management. Work overtime as required and complete technical training; comply with company policies and travel expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent experience
- Two to three years of experience as an electronics technician
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
